A memorandum of understanding was signed with Samtskhe-Javakheti State University on – May 23, 2022

From 2022 to the present, the Tamaz Bekaia Educational Foundation has 18 scholarship holders and 4 laureates from the aforementioned university.

Scholarships are available at the following faculties of the university:
